Capital Conservator is a fee-based institution and, unlike a commercial bank, CC does not put your funds at risk by lending them to third parties. Funds in regular demand deposit accounts with CC stay on deposit so that they are always available when you need them. Because of this our income is solely derived from the fees we charge.
Account Opening:
US$250 if the customer pays online via Visa/ /MasterCard/Amex credit card. (If his card is issued in another currency, he is charged US$250 at his credit card’s conversion rate.) If he pays offline, the fee is US$325 OR €260 OR £190 OR CHF350 OR AUD350 depending upon the currency in which he pays. Payments can be made via bank wire, Western Union or Moneygram. If payment is made within 5 business days, his account is credited the difference to reflect the online credit card price.
Incoming Bank Wires:
2.0% of the incoming wire amount received. Minimum fee US$30 OR €25 OR £20 OR CHF35 OR AUD35.
Accounts with monthly deposits in excess of US$100,000 or equivalent qualify for negotiated discounted fees:
Monthly deposits of up US$100,000 - 2%
Monthly deposits of US$100,000.01-US$250,000-1.75%
Monthly deposits of US$250,000.01-US$500,000-1.5%
Monthly deposits of US$500,000.01-US$750,000-1.25%
Monthly deposits of more than US$750,000-1.0%
Some customers’ deposits will incur higher fees due to special circumstances, origin of funds, or other special requirements. No customer will be assessed premium fees with prior notice.
Outgoing Bank Wires:
0.5% of wire amount. Minimum fee US$30 OR €25 OR £20 OR CHF35 OR AUD35.
Monthly Fees:
Accounts with balances of less than US$500/€500/£500/ CHF500/AUD500 will incur a monthly fee of US$25/€25/ £25/CHF25/AUD25.
Transfers Other CC Customers:
FREE, If it is in the same currency. If it is in different currencies, (US$ to € for example), the fee is only US$5/€4/£3/CHF6/ /AUD6 plus our cost (without surcharge) of converting the currencies. The fee is charged in the currency from which the transfer was initiated.
Investment Accounts:
FREE with a minimum required investment of €25,000. Usage fees are levied by the broker and are NOT marked up by CC. Funds can only be transferred via the customer's account at CC.
Card Loading:
Immediate Load (funds available in 2-3 days): US$25/€15
Batch Load (funds available within 7 days): US$8/€5
